Our Meats

 
 

Our cattle are born and raised in Jackson Hole where they spend their days roaming in the shadow of the Grand Tetons, drinking fresh spring water, and eating the protein rich grasses. We pride ourselves on raising the healthiest and highest quality meat, never using growth hormones or antibiotics.

 
 

Where to buy

 

At Jackson Hole Hereford Ranch we offer a variety of different cuts of beef. The best way to experience our beef is by joining our CSA Program. During the summer you can also purchase our beef at the Jackson Hole People's Market, every Wednesday evening at the base of Snow King Mountain.

Additionally, we offer the option of purchasing half or whole steers, directly from the Jackson Hole Hereford Ranch. These steers are priced at $5.25/lb of hanging weight, which does not include the processing fee of $0.63/lb.
